“Primary condominium declaration” means the instrument or devices by which a primary condominium is created, as they’re from time to time amended. “Primary condominium” means any condominium that isn’t a secondary condominium and contains one or more subdivided parcels. Nothing contained herein is intended to limit the flexibility of an affiliation to obtain wanted services and products in an emergency. Any services or obligations not said on the face of the contract shall be unenforceable.
