“Primary condominium declaration” means the instrument or devices by which a primary condominium is created, as they’re from time to time amended. “Primary condominium” means any condominium that isn’t a secondary condominium and contains one or more subdivided parcels. Nothing contained herein is intended to limit the flexibility of an affiliation to obtain wanted services and products in an emergency.
